Usually hate going into stores due to sales assistants being too pushy. This one was very knowledgeable and recommended the right mattresses whilst leaving us time to try them and make a decision. Noor, the sales assistant, was excellent and knew what she was talking about.

Really excellent customer service, good introduction and guidance and we were left alone to make our decision, not hounded.

Highly sat with Ash

Morris was a fantastic sales assistant. He was incredibly knowledgable, really listened to what we needed and helped to find exactly the right thing for us. Was very honest about the products and had a good sense of humour. We feel really pleased with what we have ordered.

We were warmly welcomed by Ash upon entering the store, a brief conversation with him we were able to provide him with details of what we had seen online and what we were looking to purchase. He introduced the sleepeasy machine which we participated in, after which Ash showed us a variety of mattresses with pillows to our specifications, we took our time exploring and discussing amongst ourselves what was best suited for us. We explained to Ash we had a budget and liked a product which was out of our range, he introduced us to a very very similar product which was in our price range and explained the payment plans which suited us very well. Overall, we were very impressed with his service knowledge and expertise. We also purchased the insurance upon his recommendations.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase because of many reasons. Firstly, Ash (the sales rep) who sold us the products was very friendly and polite. He was very considerate of our needs and was very knowledgeable about the products in relation to our specific needs. He explained clearly and carefully how each product would or would not be suitable for us. Secondly, he gave us the time and space to test out all related products that were suitable for us. With his help we tried the SleepMatch machine and found better products to what we thought were good for us. Thirdly, Ash would also pay attention to our needs and any conversation we would have with him, including about small mentions of other room products. He took extra time and care with us to show us bedroom furniture as well as beds. Ash was wonderful in assisting with our medical needs by showing us to the store lifts for the bedroom furniture. Our buying experience was very pleasant due to the sales rep being very kind and offering beverages whilst we shopped; which was something we never experienced before with amazing friendly customer service in any other store.

It was a simple transaction i.e nothing unusual or complex. Dealt with efficiently.

Noor helped us so much on our visit yesterday. She was very patient with us and very good with our children. She gave them some colouring and balloons, they were very happy in the store. She showed us all different beds that she thought would suit, and had a lot of knowledge on the mattresses.
