There was someone there to greet us. Helped us find the mattress we both needed using the sleeping gadget. We're helpful throughout. We left and returned to purchase. Did not feel too pressured. Extremely happy with the service.

Your shop sales person (Morris) was very knowledgeable and helpful. he gave us time to decide what we needed and with no rush. The completion of our order he went through every stage of the order, delivery and finance options so that we understood completly what we had purchased.

Good service and advice

I was accompanied by my mother on the visit and we were greeted by a cheerful young woman named Noor, who asked what it was I was looking for. She went through some options after mentioning the situation as well as fetching price ranges and options in terms of extras as we browsed. Making a decision was easy thanks to the clarity of the options and information provided, and everything was explained very well, and the check out process was simple as well.

On entering the store the assistant approached asking our requirements and offered us a bespoke service in assessing our requirements, giving us the option to browse on our own. Over the next two hours or so she was probably the best help I and my wife has ever received in a store. She was friendly, approachable, had a good knowledge of her products, well I could keep going with the superlatives, if all your staff are like her you have no worries. I entered your store warily, having tried other stores who just told you how wonderful their products were and we should give them all our money. Your assistant talked through every aspect even telling us some beds would not suit us even though they were quite pricey. Dreams, yes you will do for me. Good products better staff.

I felt very welcome in the store. I was given the opportunity to try the personalised mattress simulator and the tempur mattress experience. The staff were very patient especially as I had my very energetic 4 year old daughter with me. They got us both drinks and we felt valued without being pushed into anything. I explained that I am now recently a single mother so my monthly budget is very tight and they were very understanding and supportive. Thank you very much.
