Noor was very helpful in meeting our needs - she was fantastic with letting our daughter use the staff toilet too which was very helpful. her knowledge of the products available was impressive too.

Ash and Movin assisted us, they were brilliant.

From the moment we entered the store we were made to feel comfortable and at ease. We were asked what we were looking for and offered a drink while we were looking and discussing our needs. We did not feel rushed or pressurised in any way. We were shown a variety of options that most closely met pur needs and the opportunity to try out each one, again and again as we wished. The sales colleague understood quickly what we were looking for, showed us products that we liked and explained clearly all available options. He also left us to browse and try each one with no pressure to decide but was always available to answer any questions. I explained this was an information gathering visit and we needed to go home to measure etc. Again there was no pressure. All this customer care, service and consideration made it an easy decision that we would certainly be back to place the order which I did 2 days later.

Although the product we initially chose was not available to be delivered we quickly found a replacement bed similar that could be delivered quicker.

Rep was very attentive and listened to my requirements, then recommended products suitable for my needs & within the budget I had specified. The right amount of attention with being overly pushy!
