We visited the store twice before we purchased a bed and was served both times by Ash who was very helpful and friendly both times. We were shown a variety of beds and tried numerous mattresses. He was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. Would highly recommend this store to friends and family.

As soon as we entered the store Shaz came over to us and asked if he could help. His product knowledge was excellent and the new bed and headboard was sorted very quickly and efficiently. He offered us an excellent cup of coffee while the paperwork was being completed. Overall excellent customer service.

Visited the Slough store and was instantly seen to by a man called Muhammed. He threw us onto some kind of futuristic air bed and told us it'd decide what mattress we needed. Now, I don't believe in fairy tales or anything like that but one of the beds picked out for us was a match made in heaven.

Our salesman Morris was first rate on all our problems and trying to help resolve our issue with the recent purchase of our mattress, as it isn’t suitable for us, which has resolved in me having major lower back pain. Still on going trying to sort it out but once Morris was as attentive as ever

Our salesman, Shaz, was extremely polite and helpful. He explained how the technology would help identify the most appropriate mattress and then guided us through all of the options. He was enthusiastic and clearly very knowledgeable which made the process straightforward and easy to make the right choice.
