Excellent customer service from Noor who was very friendly, explained the options well but never made us feel pressurised.

The service was next to none, most impressed from the moment we entered the store, we were welcomed by Ash. We were taken around the showroom and we found exactly what we were after with both Ash and Noor's help. They were both very knowledgable answering 101 questions we had for them. They were most efficient and the entire process was a breeze with their help and Im sure we were in and out fairly quickly. Very friendly and had very professional mannerisms, most impressed, we'll be coming back for another purchase within the next month and plan to see them both again.

Extremely impressed with the amount of personal focus and attention that was provided by the Dreams Sales rep (Ash). He also had in depth knowledge of the products we queried, and wasn't at interested in selling us the most expensive items - in fact he succeeded in keeping everything within our budget! Excellent stuff!

The staff member Noor was very friendly and efficient

We were looking for a profile bed for my mother in law. When we entered the Slough store we were greeted by Ash who assisted us in finding the perfect bed. As the bed was for my mother in law Ash spoke directly with her in order to assess her needs, likes and dislikes. He allowed us to try out the Tempur bed and watch the video. Ash showed us to the other beds on the shop floor and after giving advice on using the controls and how to safely get on and off the beds he left us to try them out in our own time. My mother in law familiarise herself with the beds and with Ash's help/advice she was able to make the decision to purchase a bed on this visit.

Mr Morris from Slough branch was extremely helpful and gave us different options to choose and explained the quality of the bed frames.

The salesperson spent time with us and was very knowledgeable. He placed us on a split mattress machine to find our perfect mattress.
