Have purchased many items in the Slough store. Excellent customer service and the mattress I'm buying the same mattress but now number 3. Mattress superb quality, friendly staff.

My husband and I were welcomed by staff as soon as we entered the premises, which was nice! This staff, named Morris, was very helpful and patient with us, as we tried the mattresses. He was able to answer all the queries we had, regarding the mattress we were interested in. He also offered us coffee and they were the best coffee we had! Thank you, Morris. All the other staff around us were nice, too. Service was excellent. We will be coming back again!

The sales representative at Slough, Morris, was knowledgable, courteous and efficient. Made purchasing two mattresses and bedding very easy.

Katie the assistant who greeted me was extremely friendly and her product knowledge was superb.

We were greeted by Noor, who was very friendly but not in a forceful way. She asked if we needed any assistance. Noor advised we could try the machine to match our mattress type and we were shown around the store to the recommended mattresses. We were offered beverages whilst we tried the mattress and Noor was able to answer questions, as well as a breakdown of pricing. We were given plenty of time to try mattresses. Finally when we decided on one we liked most (out of a of 3 favs), Noor calculated the price including finance options. We opted for a Tempur mattress as this was most suited to our needs but at no time did we feel pressured into the choice. Noor was able to give recommendations when asked and informed us about upkeep and cleaning of the products. Overall, we spent longer than planned in the store but this was due to feeling very welcomed and supported to get the right product to match our needs. The customer service was fantastic and Noor was very patient with us and the whole experience was pleasant. :)
