Upon entering the store we were asked what we were looking for and then advised where to look and test the mattresses that suited. Noor was attentive without being overbearing, helpful and knowledgeable about the various options that fitted our needs. No attempt to sell us something we didn’t want which was refreshing.

All our questions were answered - and some others we hadn't thought of. We chose a product recommended by the salesman, who was very patient about swatch colour choices and fixing explanations.

Morris was very knowledgable and friendly as we were finding a bed for my 88 year old father in law.
