Member of staff explained in detail and listened to all our needs and really helped with our decision. We were also torn between two beds at very different prices and she really helped us think about our finance options

Because the staff named Morris was very help and knowledgeable . Well mannered and professional.

Ash was very informative and polite, gave us all the information we required before purchasing our bed.

The assistant was very approachable and felt welcome, she had high knowledge of the product and guided us to our needs.

As soon as I walked in I was warmly greated, I was shown where everything was, the gentlemen helping me was very helpful and knowledgeable very kind and understanding, and we successfully brought a lovely new bed and mattres and pillows also a new duvet! Brill customer service.

Ash was welcoming, explained the store layout and different types of mattresses available and the location of such. More importantly he left us to walk around and did not follow us, however when we had a question on a bed that we saw, he was not to far away :-) Coffee was offered, but I did not get a fee pillow with my purchase :-)

The assistant, Noor, understood immediately what I wanted and practically lead me straight to the item. She was friendly without being overbearing and left me to consider other options until I returned to the first item. Noor then processed my order speedily and efficiently.

Noor greeted as as soon as we walked into he shop and asked if we were looking for something specific. We said a sofa bed she asked if we had seen one online then took us upstairs to show us the 3 you had. She also demonstrated opening and closing them then asked us to try opening & closing them and invited us to lay on them to test comfort them. We then went downstairs to place the order but decided to have a look around. Noor said call her if we needed her which we did. She helped us try about 20 pillows! before we placed an order for specific ones each plus a mattress topper and mattress cover. She explained as well the discount and credit available and made us coffee when we sat down. A lovely girl and a credit to Dreams - very helpful but not in any way pushy - we overspent by about £660 than planned even buying a new bed-head as we had changed room colours.

We were served by a gentlemen called Ash Sahonta who was very welcoming. Extremely helpful with are enquiries and informative. The transaction was completed very efficiently and so very little time wasted unnecessarily! Would definitely recommend dreams based on the excellent service we received!
