Extremely satisfied with Ash's help with our mattress, went above and beyond what he had to make sure we were happy. Greeted us straight away and was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and guided us what mattresses would be suitable for our needs. Ash was excellent! Greeted at the door before showing us all of the different options available and giving us pillows to take around with us. He gave us the space to try out on our own and then based on our comments, suggested other options. His level of listening and expertise meant that his early recommendation turned out to be our final selection. Throughout the process, he kept checking in with us and we were offered refreshments. Excellent level of service without being pushy.
