Having been looking on the Internet for a head board and getting nowhere fast, pictures and written description can only tell you so much, I happened to be passing Dreams today and thought I'd call in and see what they had. I was greeted by Shaz who asked if I was looking for anything particular. I explained I needed a head board. He offered me a coffee, then explained the two main size ranges, I chose the smaller. Shaz explained the styles and finishes etc. available. Armed with the relevant info I was able to choose style, fabric and colour. No second thoughts, no doubts. In fact I've chosen something quite different to what I was originally looking for on the Internet. Shaz processed my order very efficiently, told me when it would be delivered and I was totally pleased.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Katie, she was very friendly from the start, she asked how we were and if we would like any assistance with what we were looking for and if we would like a hot or cold drink. We explained to her what it was we were looking for and she was very helpful, she recommended some great products with which we were very pleased. She was very chatty and polite. The store was very well maintained and another colleague named Ash remembered us from a couple of years ago and was also very chatty and polite. Katie also helped me carry some items to the car, wished us a good day and said bye, we were made to feel very comfortable and welcomed.

Ash was great. He was busy but made sure i knew what products to look at and explained he would be back and he was always checking in on me. He understood my needs and he was listening. He suggested good products based on my needs and it resulted in me buying just what i was looking for. His product knowledge was great and this is the first time i was buying a mattress and i felt he wasn't pushing me to buy, instead he was telling me to make the right decision in my own time. I was made welcome to try the mattresses for as long as i wanted and it was just what i needed to make the right choice. Thanks so much Ash! You really made my bed-buying experience so much easier and stress-free!

We was approached by a very friendly man name ash made us feel welcomed . Was bi lingual as my mum was Asian he should the upmost of respect sold us the product that suited our needs very knowledgable and confident . This chap is an asset to your company and should be in the line of management . We really enjoyed our experience
