I was very impressed with Ash who listened to my requirements. He knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me advice for my requirements. I appreciated his knowledge and personal service and did not at all feel pressurised rushed or indifferent. I told him from the start that I was only getting ideas at this stage which he fully encouraged and informed me that a mattress is not something that must be rushed and fully understood my caution. He gave me lots of space and time to test the mattresses and at no time did he interrupt or rush me. Due to the relaxed atmosphere I was able to decide what I wanted. His advice was important to me but it was purely my decision that was taken based on his advice for my personal circumstances.

Ash took the time to find out what we were looking for and then took the time to explain the differences in the mattress and did not rush us to make a decision. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the range and ensured that we picked the right mattress for us. Quick delivery slots and the collection of the old mattress is a great option. Very impressed with the whole process.

Ash was very courteous and attentive without being at all pressurising. He was helpful knowledgeable and gave me advice which I was very happy with.

We were served by Katie. She treated us very well and helped us figure out what we were looking for. We were offered a beverage and were provided with the comfort of high quality pillows to correctly test the mattresses. Overall experience was lovely.

The assistant who served me was called Noor, from the Slough branch, I couldn’t have had a more helpful lady, nothing was too much trouble, she was very knowledgeable about all the different mattresses, she must be a real asset to the store, so pleasant in her manner
