Dreams - Slough

The fourth time I've purchased from this store. Abdul and Ash offered great service. I had purchased a Vi Spring in the Harrods sale which will now be cancelled as I've purchased a Flabby mattress from dreams. Both were very knowledgeable and offered 5 star customer service, highly impressed.

We were greeted by Ash and served by Abdul. Abdul is a very good member of staff and both my husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received. He was very thorough with the information provided and answered every one of our questions fully. The service received from Dreams employee's makes you want to go back. Service with a smile, refreshments offered and always happy to help.

Noor was outstanding with advise and expertise and assistance. Really helped make the decision we needed. Was friendly and made us comfortable without forcing to purchase and ensured we got the best product available to us within our budget,

I went to the store to see and try the Eve mattress. The mattress was easy to find and was tested. I went straight to the order desks and glad to wait about three minutes before getting served by Ash. He was very efficient and the order was completed very quickly.
