Dreams - Slough

I took the details of my existing dreams mattress, which I've has for about 6 years, as I wanted another one as near as possible the same for a spare bed. Unfortunately it is no longer available so the young man that served me took the trouble to find another member of staff who has worked at Dreams long enough to know exactly what I would want. I was able to see & try the mattress on a bed. The service was just right, space given to discuss with my daughter in private but near enough to be available to ask any question. All pricing & costs for any extras (removal of old mattress etc. ) were clear on each mattress. Processing of the order was clear and precise with each stage explained before progressing. Everything was very straightforward. All the staff were very friendly & welcoming without being 'pushy'.

Sales agent (Ash) was very friendly and briefed us about all options of product (Evolution Bed) that we were looking for, offered us tea&coffee on our visits. Very diligent and proficient service we have received from Slough store.

The assistant called Arfan was extremely helpful. He guided us through all the correct products (when we nearly made a mistake on our purchase) and was very friendly and helpful. He is a credit to your company!

Morris was extremely friendly, highly informed and displayed a high level of professionalism. I was offered very good coffee and given all the information including pro's and con's of all the items that were of interest. He was very forthcoming and learned about finance options and was able to explain all terms and conditions in detail. In summary. I was only in the store to compare and explore options and left having bought two beds and various other items. I will most certainly recommend this store and company to anyone looking to take a mundane experience such as purchasing a bed and turning it into a great experience and once again - great coffee.

Katie was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful during our visit. She was happy to show us all types of bed bases with different types of mattresses and she was able to advise us on what beds were most suitable for our needs when it came to storage. I will definitely visit the store again when I need to purchase another bed.

We were assisted by Ash from the Slough branch. Excellent knowledge of various products. Did not try to push a sale. We were only looking but ended up purchasing only due to the excellent customer service

We did not feel pressurised to buy even though the sales assistant was very attentive, he gave us the right amount of time to test and discuss the purchase on our own.
