Very friendly people...very polite and had all the knowledge regarding what they are selling. And the sales representative Noor was amazing.

Our sales assistant Movin Morris was amazing. Extremely attentive and polite and made the whole process very easy.

Morris made our visit very personal. He shared his own experience regarding the products and was very knowledgable

I just want to say how happy me and my wife are with dreams in slough we where serviced by IRFAN and he was very kind and helpful he offered us a hot drink and then spent time explaining different types of beds and mattresses to make sure we get the right one he was a very help man and we where over the moon with the service we got. We will highly recommend to friends and family thank you very much Irfan for all your help

We walked in and was greeted by Ash,who asked us several questions on what we were looking for, he took us around the whole building showing us beds and mattresses that were in our budget, we then asked for a quote on a higher matress and he sat down with us and calculated it all to see if it was something we could and afford a little bit extra. Which with Ash's help we were able to get a better quality bed and mattress along with some extras too! We are both very grateful for all the help from Ash and cannot wait for our bed to be delivered! Thank you Ash.

Was served by Ash. Very helpful and understanding of what I was looking for. Didnt try to get me to spend more on a bed than I could and didnt try to push me for things I didnt need. Very helpful and patient.

We had visited the high Wycombe branch and found a bed we had liked however one member of staff there was extremely irritating and unprofessional to the point they were asking too personal questions . We decided to visit the next closet store and we were approached by Ash . Ash was absolutely incredible he found us exactly what we needed and more and couldn’t of been more polite friendly and professional if he tried. He is brilliant and because of him we will defiantly be back in the future.

Shaz was awesome. He talked to us through all the different mattresses and allowed us to spend time on each one. He was not looking to recommend the most expensive but the one which best suited our needs . With his help we chose the one which was ideal for us. We are very happy with our purchase
