I had an urgent requirement for the furniture as i am moving home and the guidance assistance and facilitation given at store by SAAZ was really fantastic. I was not hoping to get the selection and order done so quickly. I could find a good range of products with care plans and free delivery and assembling option at home is really a value added service offered with the products. I am really impressed with the business model adopted by Dreams.

Abdul Muhammad our server had excellent knowledge on each of the products we asked questions about, the service was to the highest, upon welcoming us he offered us a hot drink which made us feel very welcome. the store was easy to navigate around. overall the experience was exceptional.

First visit to this shop. I was concerned about being approached once entering the shop however, Noor was not intrusive at all.

We were greeted at the entrance of the store by a very friendly sales person (Ash) he asked what we were looking for and then shared his very extensive knowledge on the different types of mattresses that were available in store. He made our decision process very easy and we are pleased with purchase.

We were greeted in a polite and friendly manner by Ash. He explained the layout of the store and invited us to look around. Ash was very informative when we explained what we were looking for and showed us the products available and invited us to try them. He found some pillows and then left us to try the beds. Once we were finished and ready to buy Ash was very professional and explained the delivery process and timing available. We also purchased bed cover as Ash explained the benefits. While we were ordering Ash offered us coffee and through the whole visit made us feel most welcome and relaxed.

Phoned ahead the day before for an item than my local store did not have in stock. Very helpful at the Slough store and agreed to keep something for us to collect the next day. Visit itself was fun and professional at the same time
