Noor was very knowledgeable in the mattresses, she helped purchase exactly what we needed within our price budget. She spent a lot of time with us explaining the products and finance that was available. She very helpful, courteous, polite, professional and made us feel comfortable in the store. She was available whenever we had a question and also served us some coffee and hot chocolate. We were lucky to get her as our sales person.

Arfan was really helpful especially as I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but knew what I didn't want he took the time to help me make the decision which was right for me

Someone came over to see me straight away and offered assistance. Was very helpful without being pushy - left me to try mattresses, then offered further assistance.

Noor was extremely helpful with answering our questions and had a lot of knowledge on the different mattresses we were looking at. She was incredibly friendly. Offered us drinks as well as talking through all the different offers Dreams has. By far the best and nicest sales assistant I have ever met.

HAVING VISITED THE DREAMS STORE THE DAY PREVIOUS TO LOOK AT MATTRESS TOPPERS, ASH SHOWED US A MATTRESS AFTER LOOKING AT THE TOPPERS WHICH MAY BE MORE SUITABLE FOR OUR SOFA BED. AS WE NEEDED TO CHECK ON THE DIMENSIONS WE RETURNED HOME AND ASH SAID WE COULD RING HIME WHEN HOME IF WE WISHED TO SECURE ONE IN STOCK. TODAY WE WENT STRAIGHT TO THE STORE TO LOOK AT IT AGAIN. ASH GREETED US VERY WELL ACKNOWLEDGING WHO WE WERE AND WHAT WE HAD COME BACK TO SEE WE THEN PURCHASED THE MATTRESS AND ASH CARRIED IT OUT TO OUR CAR..

SHAZ was an absolute star during our visit helping us with all the information we could need, providing excellent solutions to difficulties and having immense patience with our toddler who was running around the store wanting to jump on all the bed. He helped us find our first purchase and is still assisting us with our big purchase for christmas which he has secured for your store as we went around to multiple bed retailers that day.

The Lady that assisted us was very pleasant and informative on the product we would be purchasing.

The level of customer service we received from Ash and Katie was exemplary, we were greeted with a smile and asked if we would like a hot drink ,which was a very nice offer even though we did not take them up on it. They were attentive without being forceful or intrusive which is what we like when we are shopping. My wife works in customer service so she knows what good service and bad service is, and the level of service from Ash was outstanding. We where extremely pleased with the price we paid for our items and the quality and choice on offer throughout the store and would definitely recommend Dreams to our friends and family.
