Dreams - Slough

I explained my personal situation from general health to financial and I believe everything I mentioned was remembered and met accordingly.

Very friendly staff, understood what i wanted, in and out in under an hour.

I found Arfan most helpful with my enquiries over the telephone, which made me decide to visit Dreams, rather than two other large stores that I had called. Then Ash, who was so professional. Both gentlemen were kind, courteous, approachable and had empathy with their customers. You are lucky to have them and they do your company proud! Rang Ash earlier today as I had a problem re delivery (my husband has lung cancer and I needed to cancel, as we'd received an appointment this morning with the hospital). Ash could not have been more kind and understand. In fact his warmth brought a couple of tears to my eyes! Many thanks to them!

Katie was great. Not too pushy in the sale. Good product knowledge. Offered a beverage while waiting for forms. Chatty and friendly and approachable whilst being professional and making the sale smooth without making me the customer feel like another mark on the monthly sales target board. Promote her she is management quality

Ash served us in store. He was warm and really patient, taking time to understand our needs. We weren't intending on buying when we walked in store but Ash was so helpful and he made it so easy!. He was not pushy and gave us time and space to make our mind up whilst being attentive and on hand to help. He really is a credit to you!. Thanks Ash!. The bed is perfect!

Noor took the time to listen to what we were looking for and then showed us alternatives which covered a range of options close to our requirements. As we progressed through the testing of the available options, more discussion was forecoming about the benefits and differences between the various options available. We believe that in the end through Noor's assistance we bought the correct bed / mattress combination which meet our specific requirements. It was really nice to be supported by such a knowledgeable person during our purchasing experience.
