The staff at this store were very friendly and professional and most of all we all had a good laugh and I was delighted with the service I received.

Plenty of choice. Good product knowledge from Movin Morris.

Good range of mattresses and very knowledgeable staff.

Assistants were very friendly and had good knowledge of the products. Sales people were available when help was needed, but not too pushy, when looking at beds initially ( which was good ). Lots of beds to try ( would have been useful to have a few more in the different firmness ratings). Good selection of accessories ( pillows , covers etc ). Coffee / hot chocolate most welcome.

The sales assistant Morris was extremely attentive,friendly and knowledgeable from the moment we walked through the door. We wasn't 100% sure of what type of mattress we were looking for but after asking us some questions he knew exactly what one would be best for us.

Staff behaviour and dealing was very good . Katie and Ash served to us . Even we reached on store closing time but they helped to us as smiley mood.

Ash understood what we were looking for and made suggestions to meet our needs.

Noor was very friendly and helpful offers my good advise with no pressure to purchase. I bought 2 pillows I didn't intend to buy and have chosen the mattress I like

We were looking for new mattresses for a double and single bed. We didn't really have any thought as to what sort of mattress we wanted. When we entered the store we were greeted with smiles from members of staff and then approached by a member of staff who introduced himself as Ash. We told him what we were looking for and he asked if we had visited a Dreams store before? We said no and he proceeded to explain extremely clearly how the colour coding on the different beds worked and the sales offers. He offered to walk around with us, but we declined preferring to look independently. However, it was clear that Ash was making sure we were OK as he occasionally came over to clarify points when we obviously looked confused. We also decided to look at the divans as well. Ash's product knowledge was very good and spent time explaining and showing us the different options of both mattress and divans without a 'hard sell' or hovering over us, which many sales staff can do. We decided to purchase both mattresses and divan. All the points, ie delivery, disposal, replacement options , etc. were clearly explained. We were very happy with the service we received.
