I came in looking for pillows, duvets etc to take to university. Abdul was a great help with helping me choose the right pillow and duvet, also received a free hot chocolate which was very nice!

Me and my partner were buying our first bed. We were greeted by Ash who gave us fantastic service and was very helpfull. He showed us all optional available and helped us through our purchase. Great service really friendly and helpful.

Ash was extremely helpful and sympathetic to our needs. He listened to our requirements and gave us what I felt was very honest and helpful advice. He was able to meet our budget needs without compromising comfort. My children were very happy relaxing on some of the higher end products and my daughter said she even had a little sleep whilst she was there (and asked if we could visit tomorrow for another sleep!). Ash was very apologetic for any interruptions, as the store was quite busy, but our experience was not affected by any delays.

Salesman (Henry) in High Wycombe really tried hard to help me with a specific set of beds I needed. When it became clear the store didn't have stock, he phoned around and found the beds I needed in the Slough branch. Went there, spoke to Katie, and bought 4 bed bases that I needed urgently. Very satisfied and impressed with teams in Wycombe and Slough. A real credit to themselves and your organisation.

I was greeted by Katie shortly after I walked in to the store - she gave me enough time to wander around and look at a few beds before she asked if she could help - she gave me several very good options and was an excellent, friendly and chatty member of your sales team. She gave me some colour options and then when I was ready to purchase was extremely efficient and assisted me in getting the fastest delivery date. The entire process from walking in through the front door of your store, to purchasing and paying and walking out of the door, very satisfied = 20 minutes!

I was dreading going shopping for a new mattress and expected a sales person that would have ok knowledge and a pushy approach. However reality was the complete opposite. From walking in the door Ash greeted us and asked us if we required assistance. He listened to our needs and then presented us with options. He left us to test out various options, but made sure he regularly checked back. He watched the way we positioned ourselves on the beds in order to give recommendations and help us to find the right product for us. He was not pushy at all. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Have already recommended his and the store to several friends based on my experience. I recently bought a new car from Jaguar, and I can say first impressions were better at Dreams!!

As an ex cust serv manager I am very rarely satisfied with shopping experiences over the last few years. Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted in a warm and welcoming manner by a very enthusiastic young man named Ash. He was able to adapt himself to my way of conversation to the point where we actually started sharing banter, but always remaining professional and staying within the boundaries. He took time to understand our needs and did not once try and hurry our purchase but instead made us try several different styles of manufacture so as we were totally satisfied with our choice. He even made us coffee, an small touch but personal enough to make us relax more and feel confident in the purchase we were about to make. All in all we didn’t feel the need to shop around which again is highly unusual for ourselves and were still smiling when we left the store.
