The staff were very friendly, nice clean store.

The assistant I was dealing with was very efficient and friendly, and listened to what I was looking for and showed me the items that fit my requirements. He was friendly at all times, an very good at explaining the whole process involved with my purchase.

The store was clean well laid out and the staff were welcoming and very knowledgeable. Stefan was very approachable and gave us great information but then left us to decide which didn't make it seem as we were being pressured into buying something. He explained everything really well and I felt like I had faith in him and his knowledge about the products.

On both visits both staff members I dealt with were very knowledgeable, friendly, smiling and helpful and managed to answer all my queries.

Noor from the Slough Dreams store was great - she greeted us when we first went into Dreams, she also helped us choose a mattress and bed and was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and beds - she was able to answer all our questions confidently and had a nice approach and attitude. We were pleased with the service we received.

The reason I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams was due to the assistant Morris he took the time to explain the benefits of buying the Tempur Cool touch Contour Elite 25D Mattress he was also very friendly he also made me realise the important of spending money on a good mattress as we spend a good part of our lives in bed it also helped laying on the demo bed that was very helpfull to me as I wanted to have the same experience in my own home, hence the reason I bought the Mattress.

We were made welcome, provided with the information we needed and then allowed to browse uninterrupted until we had made up our mind what we wanted to order. We were then helped to place the order and arrange delivery for our chosen day.
