Dreams - Slough

We visited the Dreams store in Slough and we were very pleased with the services and knowledge of Ash(Ashwin). He understood our requirements and also provided us with better options to choose from. Thank you Ash for your support and services.

Morris greeted us at the door, gave us some water, assisted with the sleep test machine, and spent a long time with us talking through the various options and differences with bed choices. I was really happy with his knowledge and explanations of the products. He was patient, honest and open with his advice. I hope that the products we’ve chosen live up to the sales pitch that Morris gave me.

I managed to finfvthe profuct l wantef. The staff..Morris was professional and up to speed. I recommend him. He showed a high standard of product knowledge.

very friendly and helpful staff. a member of staff approached us as we entered the store and directed us to the appropriate area, but left us to browse so we didn't feel crowded. when we had specific questions, a nearby member of staff came over and helped us with our choice, offered plenty of info and then dealt with our order, payment and delivery.

I was served by Melissa. She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She took her time to listen and was very understanding with my needs.

Katie was so lovely and friendly. She helped me figure out what I need and put my mind at ease

Dealt with Ash in the Slough store. He was highly knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure, but there to help when needed. Great service!
