We are very pleased with the salesperson Ash very polite and knowledgeable about the bed that we have ordered, If at any time in the future we decide to purchase another bed this store would be the one we would use and would hope Ash would be the person to assist us all though we have thanked him and rest of staff for there courtesy

Very friendly- really nice team

This has been my first ever visit to Dreams, been to all the other bed stores but nothing compared to my visit today. I came to the store and was greeted by the most friendiest staff member 'Ash' he asked what my requirements/price were and took me around all the beds that he thought was suitable. Even though we came both came before closing time we were not rushed what so ever and Ash even stayed well over his finishing time! Thank u for that! There was sooo many options to choose from but he recommended the best bed for us. We only came in for 1 bed but we ended up buying 2 top of the range beds with top of the range Tempur mattresses & pillows we ended up spending £8100!! The store manager 'Abdul' was also very helpful and very informative, they both explained the T&C's clearly and we left very very satisfied!! Would definitely recommend them both to our family and friends!!! GREAT SERVICE from both of them!!! Can't wait to get our beds!!! Thank u Ash!!

Asa and Abdul were very helpful. We visited store the day before to see what was best. Asa was very knowledgeable on all the products available and what was best for our needs. He gave us a quote for what we wanted and he knew we intended to go away and think about it and we did not feel under any pressure to purchase. We came back the next day to purchase and we were dealt with very efficiently, offered beverages. They were very friendly.

Ash - The sales assistant is why I am completely satisfied with Dreams. The attention he gave to myself and my son was the best I have ever received in 38years of my life. He was completely onboard with our requirements. He truly listened and I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions. Dreams have a real asset on their team. Customer Service at its best.

The Sales Man Ash, saw us right away asked if we needed help. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Didn't pressure us, was understanding of our needs and helped my wife find what was suited best for her with her back problem. Whilst she was trying out the beds he offered and provided us a choice drinks my daughter particularly liked the Hot chocolate. The ordering was very quick as was the help with the additional items we required. All was explained well and we did not feel pressured to take out any additional cover etc. In all we were finished in under 30 min and happily on our way home.
