Very pleased with the service and attention given by Movin at the Slough store.

Stefan in store was brilliant, it took us a long time to make a decision and he stuck with us and happily answered all our questions. Having to repeat him self with the prices of the products every-time we seen something else we liked. Even happy the following morning when I came back in as we had changed our mind on the size. Nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

We entered your Dream Store to be welcomed by Stefan. He was not over powering, just very polite. He was very knowledgeable on all the mattresses. We started from the lower end of the range and worked our way to the top end. He explained about springs, toppers and about the memory foam mattresses. Explaining what parts of the body should be touching the mattress. His hospitality skills were excellent too, offering us refreshments. My only criticism was as you entered the store it felt cold (not temperature but ambience).I feel the entrance should have a perhaps a nice cosy bedroom scenario. The staff were extremely helpful at the Slough store and went through the product thoroughly , I was offered a cup of coffee which was nice , it was a really pleasant shopping experience.

Morris from the Slough Bath road store was so friendly and helpful. He helped me choose the perfect mattress and talked me through all the available deals.

We bought our first bed from the same store 16 years ago, we had a good experience then so it only seemed natural to try the same store again. The assistant was keen she wanted to help, was knowledgable really felt ee had the personal touch and help us identify just what we were looking for. The 20% off helped. We left feeling satisfied we made the right choice.
