I came into your Slough store and spoke to Morris and explained that I did not have a large budget to spend and needed a new bed asap. Morris found me an excellent deal with a fantastic matress that is being delivered exactly when I need it.

the service was first class the staff were friendly and very helpful they made the whole experince enjoyable and I purchased exactly what I wanted morris was a great help and had an extensive knowledge of the product in question

I was highly satisfied on my visit to Dreams as we were approached as soon as we arrived by a very lovely gentlemen named Morris. He helped explain which mattress were best and this was very helpful as we were clueless as this is the first time we are purchasing beds. We then experienced the tempur experience by being shown the room and having a lie down on the mattress and watching the video which really gave us a full insight to what tempur is all about. We then chose our beds and mattresses with ease. Then the purchase was very quick and efficient and we were very appreciate as Morris stayed past closing time to ensure everything went through smoothly. We had a great experience and will definitely be back in the future if we need to purchase more beds.

There was no hard sell, we went away had a coffee before making our final choice, customer service at it's best, very refreshing, thank you.
