The assistant Noor, as extremely knowledgeable and showed us all the different kinds of mattresses and the particular bed base we wanted. She knew her products and spent time with us. We didn't feel rushed at all

Our sales assistant Stefan was extremely helpful and pleasant.

What a lovely store! Friendly and very helpful. Katie was great very helpful as was Ash and Arjun they are a credit to Dreams. I would for sure go back there to purchase ours beds Etc. I visited this branch for the first time the member or staff who approached us was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable he listened to what we wanted he advised us well and gave us time to look around the store without the pressure ,and even offered us a drink while we looked he made me and my family feel very comfortable I would highly recommend this store to friends and family

Greeted and made welcome, asked the right questions and had confident and honest answers also offered refreshments.

Both Darren and Ash and another colleague in the slough shop were very helpful and practically minded or two children while giving us time to make the right decision on a new bed and mattress. They couldn't have been more helpful and in the few days since I've recommended them to both friends and family one of which just spent 4500 on a purchases with them today. A great shopping experience.

Ash was brilliant, he greeted me as soon as I arrived and when I explained my requirement He found the perfect mattress. He also gave me the option to purchase duvets and pillows at a competitive rate completing my whole purchase quickly and efficiently. He makes a decent coffee too
