I was allowed to look around first . Then the man who introduced him self as cam . Helped me dicier which item to buy. He was helpful but not pushy . Offered drinks and was very friendly.

Stefan was highly professional and knowledgeable, despite the fact he had been working at Dreams for only a short period. He gave us all the time we needed and responded well to our likes and dislikes. He was proactive in offering alternatives but not pushy in respect of higher priced products. The store offered a very wide range of beds and mattresses, and gave an excellent first impression upon walking through the door. The interest free finance is very attractive and certainly encouraged a more expensive purchase than would otherwise have been the case.

Jessica was an amazing sales assistant, a real credit to your team. Not pushy but always available if we had questions. She got us the best deal she could and we are very satisfied with our purchase today. Lovely coffee too thank you. Will definitely be back and hope to be served by Jessica again. Only comment is not many fun children's beds in store. Would like to see a few more fun ones so could try my son out on one.

We went to the Slough Bath Road store and were helped by Arjun and Darren. They were fantastic and immediately spotted my husband was a side sleeper with wide shoulders, so needed a specific pillow. We had just come from Furniture Village where we received the hard-sell approach - the Dreams experience was far superior. Arjun and Darren were helpful and let us browse in our own time, which was what we wanted.

We were approached by a member of staff called Jess as we entered the store to introduce herself and see if we had any preliminary questions. We thought we could just wander round and have a look so said thanks but we're fine. We very quickly realised we had no idea what we were looking for and Jess recognised the signs! She then came back to offer her knowledge of the product range, gave us pillows to match our usual ones and showed us which the form and medium firm mattress were and gave us space to try them out. She had offered us a drink and let us know to ask her if we had any questions. Once we'd selected a product she was quick to bring swatches and explain what options we had. Once confirmed the order process was quick and simple. Just short of two weeks seems fair for delivery and we understand the 40 day trial period and what to do if we have any concerns. Very good customer experience and very satisfied customers.

when my partner and I came in I knew the Truscott adjustable smart T.V bed was the one we wanted, before we were welcomed by the adviser Ash came to us we knew that it was our bed. He welcomed us and provide background knowledge on the bed and information on what we would like, offered us beverages and to look around. He gave us a lot more information on Tempur mattresses and what types you could have and what types of pillows would benefit our sleeping patterns. He showed us a trial video of Tempur mattresses and what our experience would be. We weren't expecting to purchase anything but because the service we experienced was exceptional we decide to go through with it, we know that in the future we would return to this store for more purchases.
