It was a very easy buying process.

We made two visits to your showroom on the Bath Road , Burnham. The first visit was to refine our choice of product and to check pricing against John Lewis's at High Wycombe. Having taken in to account all available staff discounts we would have received at JL, we found the price of the selected divans and the preferred headboard was better at Dream's. the order , payment and zero interest plan has gone very smoothly, we await the delivery of the divan and bedhead which is due the 14 March.

Noor was very helpful is assisting us.

Customer service was excellent from all staff from the minute we walked through the door. The store was clean and well laid out. We actually enjoyed the experience and as both my husband and I hate shopping this is really saying something. Noor made the rather tedious finance process very pleasant as she is so personable and offers of coffee from all staff was much appreciated.

The lady who helped us (Katie) and the young man who was new and learning on the job were both very competent and helpful without being pushy.

Store manager Daz and his assistant Stefan(?) demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout our visit. Knowledge of products and customer care both brilliant. The hot chocolates were also the best that I have tasted for a long time.

Staff were friendly, available, knowledgable and approachable. The service was smooth and dealt within a good timely manner.
