Dreams - Slough

On entering the store I was greeted by Ash who asked what I was looking for and started to show me the item's that I requested he was very good at his job I was offered a coffee and as I only lived a few hundred yards from your store he offered to carry the item to my flat because I had a bad hip and was a pensioner the service I received was great.

Morris greeted use to explain how the shop was set out and was very helpfull gave us lots of information and was not feeled presured or rushed in to buying anything. Even made me a hotchololate.

Ash, who served us was very informative and helpful, he was very perceptive to our requirements and offered helpful and sensible advice. he also showed concern for the overall appearance of our new bed in our bedroom. He was also very helpful with sorting out our delivery to adapt to our movements.

I enjoyed my trip to your store and received help with placing my order with your most knowledgeable and polite staff member Ash. I am disabled and was looked after very well and I enjoyed the cup of tea offered to me on my visit.

Arjun who was looking after me was very good and polite. Took time to explain things and nothing seemed too much. Excellent service with a smile

The sales assistants were visible as soon as we arrived. Katie greeted us, very friendly, and asked if we needed any assistance. She knew her stock and identified the bed we wanted to buy immediately. She offered us coffee/tea while we went through the order. She was very knowledgeable about the process and very clear to go through all of the details each step of the way. She was very friendly and easy to speak to, and processed everything quickly for us. The store was bright, clean and warm. The delivery time works well for us. We're hoping that the delivery will be just as smooth and friendly as the purchase has been. Thank you to Katie for a very enjoyable visit - we're really looking forward to receiving our new bed!
