There was a good range of the type of product I was looking for and the assistant was very helpful.

Noor ours sales person did a really good job of helping us identify which mattress would need and also ensured we had the best pillows. Also explained the pros of bed and mattress cover. The benefits of a water resistant mattress protector. She was very polite and cared about us getting the right bed for us. She had fantastic product knowledge and was happy to answer all our questions and we had quite a few. She also gave us enough space so we didn’t feel time pressured. Great service overall would come to slough dreams again.

I was looking for a sofa- bed..plenty to choose from..but short of space.............got one in store..perfect fit..

The sales assistant, Arjun, was quick to understand our requirements and pointed us in the right direction in store. He was incredibly helpful, but not pushy. He gave us plenty of time to make our decision and left us alone for the right amount of time and did not pester. Very friendly and he made the overall experince stress free.

We walked in originally looking for an ottoman. The first colleague who approached us (Arj) was incredibly helpful and gave us all the information we needed on the bed and even though we were still unsure on our decision he handed us a printed quote of the bed, we left feeling incredibly relaxed and not at all pressured into ordering a bed we would later decide not to go for. We returned two days later and was immediately approached by Ash who remembered us and welcomed us back, we asked about the Ellen crushed black velvet bed and asked about the finance deals. Ash and Katie gave us all the information we needed and gave us time to walk around the stores, helped us look at add ons (pillows, mattresses) and allowed us to test them out. We eventually agreed to take just the bed frame and the whole process was easy and straight forward.
