The customer agent was very friendly and appreciative that we were willing to wait till he was done with the previous customer. One suggestion-the prices for drawers, sliding doors, or without drawers should be stated on the pricing with the bed. Also details of the mattress should be present so comparison can be made.

Arjun was very helpful walking us through the different types of mattress/ frames as first time buyers of beds/mattresses. He answered all of our questions directly and even covered some topics we wouldn't have thought to ask about which was very useful. When it came to buying he remembered us from our visit and even remembered the details of the products we were interested in purchasing so getting the ordering process done was very efficient. He was also very friendly and outlined all the clauses and details clearly. All in all a very good job.

Having gone to Dreams to by a mattress for my son, we were surprised buy the time and patience the store representative gave us (especially my 7 year old son). we were not rushed or pressured in any way. and to top it all off they had the mattress in stock and we could take it away with us. The best bit for me is my son has slept better for the last few nights and now loves going to bed.

We were approached by Ash in the Slough store as soon as we entered. He was extremely helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. Great customer service.

The assistant explained everything about the different colours etc, but he was not too overpowering so that I felt I had to buy something. In fact, I didn't buy on my first visit, I went home and mulled it over then went back later that afternoon
