Very pleasant, efficient assistant

Katie was really lovely, she instantly came over to see if we needed any help but wasn't pushy at all. She gave me lots of info to help me make my decision. She gave me pillows to test the mattresses out and advised me to take my coat off and have a really good lay down which I really appreciated. Also got me a nice cup of tea! She then left us to it - not being too overbearing.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, he helped us to find exactly what we were looking for.

We entered the store and were given a few minutes to collect our thoughts. Arjun then greeted us and, in my opinion, was the perfect sales person. He was not at all pushy. Listened and acted on what we wanted, spoke directly to the teenager, whilst understand the parents ideas. He then found out delivery times, offered us a drink and left us to make a decision. I would return to this store as he was most helpful and didn't pressurise us at all.

Staff where very friendly, i got approached as soon as i entered the store, which was very nice. I was given an explanation of each mattress, and was able to feel it so see which one i preferred.

Excellent advisor - her name was Noor. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She didn't pressurise us in any way like some sales advisors can do. She gave us lots of help and advise for us to make the decision of buying the bed that we did.
