Dreams - Slough

Ash was our sales assistant today at the Slough branch, we are on a budget and he done everything in his power to make us feel comfortable and to also keep us within our budget. I would highly recommend my family to shop in this store, only because the service is outstanding!!

We were greeted by Morris on entering the store. He assisted us with the range of beds and offered advice and product information. As my aDad is disabled we found Morris very helpful. He fetched a tape measure to assist in identifying the correct bed to suit my Dads disability.

We went af first looking only for information, but the service was really good so we purchased the items... Also, the seller was so kind without pushing us to buy.

i was highly satisfied with the service I got mind you there was nobody else in the shop at the time.maybe that was why I had good service.

Made two visits to the store on two separate days and placed the order on the second visit. Staff remembered my initial enquiry, which was slightly difficult because I needed a bed for a loft convertion so height restrictions where the roof sloped. The same member of staff was very helpful. We measured bed base and mattress heights, plus headboards. Decided unable to accomodate a headboard but very happy with the low bed base and mattress. Mattress was a good price on Black Friday week as well, as this was for a rarely used guest bedroom. As long as the delivery goes according to plan in a couple of weeks time the whole experience was highly satisfactory.

Mr. Morris knew what he was talking about & explained thoroughly about the different mattresses we asked about & picked. He wasn't pushy & let us think about it on our own. Also extremely helpful.

I found the staff at the Slough branch very warm and friendly from the moment we entered the store. The sales staff Arjun who understood our needs helped us come to an informed decision about the beds and knowledgable about the products. Mandy was very helpful with helping me choose the correct mattress as I suffer from a bad back. We are highly satisfied with the customer care we received from this branch we made 2 visits to the branch and both times was satisfied. Would highly recommend this branch to my family and friends.
