From the moment we entered the store, we were happy with the service and help we received. The Sales Assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. If there was something he wasn't too sure about, he sought advice and was then able to give us the advice necessary.

Morris was very attentive and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction

We were greated within the first 30 seconds of entering the store. Straight away we were directed to what we needed, and we did the bed tester to see what bed is best suited for us. We were then shown beds that would fit us.

Melissa was very helpful all round but also left us alone to test the products. She explained in great detail each mattress that we tried. She also showed us the machine that tests you for the right mattress. The machine was very impressive. Would highly recommend all round.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by a very knowledgeable and we'll mannered sales assistant Morris. He was very patient, listened to our needs and showed many options accordingly to our feedback. Also he wasn't pushy and gained our trust rather quickly .
