First and foremost it came down to the professionalism and helpfulness provided by Ash who served us. He was warm to welcome us, gave us time and space to explore and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for and we didn't feel he was pushy or only interested in making a sale. We felt he wanted to make sure we left making the right decision. He and his colleagues were also so very kind to us as we entered the store with 2 young children who were both quite tired but they did everything they could to keep them entertained. Ash is a true credit to your business and an exemplary role model for future Dreams employees.

Ash at the slough store was very helpful and friendly. Was very quick to process my order and explained all the options brilliantly.

We were warmly greeted on arrival and when I said to my husband 'wow! where do we start?' we were asked if we would like some help. We went on to spend well over an hour in the store making sure that we really liked the bed we eventually selected. We were given plenty of practical advice by Darren and he never rushed us, but answered all our queries helpfully.

The store was well laid-out, with room to move around easily. Our Sales person (Katie) was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. After showing us the appropriate range, she then gave us as much time as we wanted to try the mattresses and reach a decision - she even offered us a cup of coffee. The process of placing our order was smooth and efficient, with each point being clearly explained. Overall, a satisfying and stress-free experience.
