Katie approached me within 2 minutes of me entering the store. She was such a lovely, friendly lady. Her approach to me was calm, she gave me space to think and make up my own mind without pressuring me. The sale was quick, explained step by step and she answered all of my questions with confidence which in return gave me confidence that i am buying a good product from a good store.

The bed frame I wanted wasn't available to look at in store but the assistant immediately looked on the computer when I gave her the name of it.
