The sales assistant that served was brilliant. Good knowledge, and really understood what we wanted. not pushy but attentive. He definteyl deserves a gold star in customer service.

On entering the Cippenham Branch and being greeted by Abdul, I found him very courteous. Was offered refreshment while I waited to see Ash who I had spoken to on the telephone to book my appointment. After attending to customers, Ash gave me his full and undivided attention in order for me to chose my new bed. Gave full information as to the makeup of the complete double bed unit I wanted. Assisted in all the paperwork required for the purchase and delivery date. Left the store completly satisfied with the full assistance given by both members of the Store.

One of the main reasons we came back to purchase our bed and mattress from the Slough store was Ash. He thoroughly and professionally ensured we were both happy with and had the information we needed in order to made an executive decision on our purchase. Ash is an asset to your store, his personality and willingness to go above and beyond should be a benchmark to which you hold your other staff members to. We are very pleased with our purchase and extremely happy with the service Ash provided.

We had never bought a mattress before and had no idea where to start! Within minutes of arriving in store, Abdul had clearly explained how the store was laid out and what options were available. He gave us the right amount of space and time to decide - coming to check in on how we're doing and answering more questions, to leaving us to lie on the beds for ages! He was extremely helpful, professional and friendly.

The shop was clean and welcoming,we were served by a lovely young man, very helpful but not in anyway pushy , he showed us beds in our price range and explained the difference in mattresses etc but left us to try them without hovering around. We also were given a cup of tea each while we looked around and chose the bed we wanted, all in all a very good experience and great service, well done Abdul.
