from the moment you walk in the door there is always someone there to help with what ever you are looking for in my case it was an assistant called morris he explained everything you wanted to know we was very pleased with our product, headboard we bought was a good price, compared to other shops. assistant 903a020756

The Consultant was exceptional, professional, attentive and caring. Ash was on hand to support with all my questions or concerns. The knowledge between Ash and David made this a simple stress free purchase, and the atmosphere in the Slough Branch made it such a pleasant experience.

The shop assistant was very helpful without being pushy. I was given all the time I wanted to try beds.

On entering the store we were given a short time to look around and then Morris approached us asking if we needed any help.... his knowledge of all the different matressses was extensive and made our purchase a lot easier. I don't like being pounced on the minute you walk in a store so by Morris giving us a little time to browse it made the Dreams experience great. Cathy also made us a coffee which was greatly received after a long time stuck in traffic, over all the staff were fantastic.

The sales assistant was approachable, pleasant and very patient. As we were spending a large amount of money, we wanted to be sure that we were making the right choice with the products being selected. She (Noor) assured us to take as much time as we needed. There was no sign of frustration just pure patience. We were offered a drink and made comfortable, despite it being closing time. The other members of staff were equally patient with us as they all waited for us to finalise the purchase. Overall, it's great to know that the sales person knew the products well and could advise us confidently about which is the best value for money. Thanks again.

I have rarely received customer service in any situation as good as Ash was able to provide. He was there when I needed him and gave me space when that was required. Very knowledgeable about the products and had a demeanour that put me completely at ease on my first visit. Cathy was also very helpful the following day when I returned to make the purchase. Friendly and extremely helpful
