On arrival we received a warn welcome and offer of assistance. The colleague was very patient with my family and I testing the various available products ranges and styles and in choosing our selected products as well as taking into consideration our requirements. The colleague also provided us with the various available payment methods and took their time in explaining the differences. Mostly of all, the above was undertaken with a friendly genuinely smile.

I spent nearly an hour in the store, and Morris the salesperson was very helpful. Showed me around showed me the video and then left me to wonder the store and come back when I had any questions. There was no selling pressure which I don't like.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time with us and accommodated our requirements very well, showing us all available options, matching beds with headboards etc

I spent the best part of an hour in the store. Morris the salesperson at no time hassled me. He gave me information showed me a video, brought me a coffee, and then gave me time to browse the rest of the store until I was ready to ask questions.

Katie was very helpful, my mum thought she was great! She deserves some paid time off!
