Our sales assistant Ash was fantastic! He came straight over, offered us tea or coffee, showed us a selection of beds and mattresses, carefully listening to all of our requirements, detailing the many options available to us. Giving us time to think through our options, without the whole 'pushy sales patter'. Even though we couldn't decide what we wanted there and then when we returned, he warmly welcomed us back, remembering all our requirements from the previous day! We were then offered more tea, as we made our final choice, to which he also even showed us the range of pillows and accessories available which were massively discounted! All in all a totally pleasurable shopping experience, perfect sales person, and would definitely shop there with Ash again.
