Ash, who I dealt with could not have been more helpful and he was extremely helpful. He also had a lovely sense of humour. ,(A. Ash S-sense H-humour)! I was also treated to a coffee!

Service Noor gave was surbline.

I was greeted by a smiley face. Very nice lady Katie who helped me with my purchase, very knowledgeable and polite. And made the whole process quick and easy.. Also made sure I understood everything purchased and everything else I needed to know. Great.

We were very pleased with Cathy at the Slough store who was very friendly and showed that she new the products and had experience of them as well. Cathy was very professional and made us hot drinks and allowed plenty of time for questions and reflection.

On entering the store I was greeted by Abdul who took me through various beds and pillows. I tried two or three of the type of mattress that I was looking for and the purchase on my decision was made and everything went off with no problems.

Myself and my boyfriend were looking for an inexpensive mattress for our spare room in our new apartment. We exlapined this to Noor, the young girl who helped us. She didn't try to press us into spending more money as other places have when we explained what we were looking for. She was so understanding and showed us every mattress in our budget, but wasn't too pushy either. Noor made the experience so pleasant, so that's why we were so satisfied!

Abdul helped me today he gave me all the advice I needed the left me to try the beds without standing over me he came back ,5 mins later and we talked again I said none of what I looked at felt right so he suggested I take a look upstairs where I found the mattress I was looking for he then took me down stairs to find a base he was very polite and gave me space to make my mind up made my experience to find a bed great
