We came to your store on the bath road in Slough and we were greeted by Melissa, she was great very helpful, she new exactly what we were looking for after talking to us for just a few minutes and the couple of minutes we spent on the virtual bed thing!! Over all very happy with the service we received.

The assistant was very helpful and friendly and did not put any pressure for me to buy, he showed me several different types of mattresses

Katie, the young lady who attended to me me was absolutely delightful. She was very knowlegeable and went out of her way to find what I was looking for as I had very specific needs. Considering the store was busy, I was attended to very quickly. The only downside for me was a long delivery time. I am moving house and the bed I ordered might not arrive before I move. Other than that I was very impressed with the whole experience.
