Dreams - Slough

My partner and I went shopping for bed bases on the weekend. We visited a number of retailers and found the range of bases available and quality to be poor - not very modern, badly made, etc. Upon arrival at Dreams we were welcomed by Ivan who was extremely helpful and attentative to our needs. We said we were looking for an ottoman bed and he showed us all of the options. We had anticipated spending a few hundred pounds, but clearly with Ivans quality salesmanship we have come away with one of the most expensive products in the store and a new tv! We might have spent more than anticipated by the quality of the product was great so it was hard to say no. We are looking forward to delivery of our new TV bed on 14th August!

Varied range of products, knowledge of products by sales man Ash. Took time to explain variety of different products. A|llowed us time to try all products without being pushy or pressurised into purchasing a bed. Both Ash and manager Cath were friendly pleasant and knowledgable.

Cathy was very welcoming, helped us find a matress for us and went though all the payments professionally.

We had a specific requirement. We discussed this with your staff and were directed immediately to the appropriate products. Your staff were all very pleasant, smart and knowledgable.

As a customer I was highly satisfied with my experience as the service was excellent as the colleague I was being served by was very polite and willing to help.

Quick educated staff met my requirements.

The assisstance who dealt with us, KATIE, was fantastic!!! She was very accomodating, friendly and knowledgeable. She demonstrated the bed we were interested in and answered our questions honestly and proffessionally. A joy to deal with and an asset to your company.

Ivan was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the beds in the store. He did not pressure us into making a decision straight away and was happy to price the various combinations of mattresses and frames that we were interested in. We even got offered a cup of coffee while we were deciding on which bed to purchase.

It all went smoothly and the staff Ivan was brilliant, very friendly and happy (which can be a big advantage when buying something. If staff is moody, who wants to purchase anything?!)
