Dreams - Slough

The sales assistant Ash was friendly made us coffee took the time to demonstrate the sofa bed and helped us choose the right size for the room we had available. The forms were completed in a timely manner with minimum of fuss.

On walking into the slough Dreams store Ash approached us promptly offering his assistance and took time to understand what we were looking for before taking us around the store. Ash explained the difference between the mattresses available and took us around to see what would fit best, we were made to feel comfortable, Ash asked if we would like tea/coffee and we were given pillows when trying a range of mattresses. Ash was patient and after trying different positions we went for the ashridge K mattress it provides the support for my partner and the cushion that I require. Once the mattress was decided we then looked at bed frames, Ash suggested we go away and think, he gave us his number to contact him before returning. We contacted Ash to go ahead with the purchase of the bed and to our disbelief was an extra 20% off bed frames and 30% off any bedding we desire, on arrival he welcomed us and offered us to try again to see whether we were 100% sure on our choice. Once we were sure we sat down and went through finances and gave us all the information we needed. Overall we were extremely happy with the service, we now have a bed which is affordable and that was thanks to Ash.

salesman was ash and he was so so nice knew his products and makes nice coffee . The only thing we felt is on the beds it gave an idea of price but not everything u may want to have.

Ash is a real asset to your team he sold us a bed nearly 3 years ago .. you may say that is what he should be doing .. but we didn't go into buy . just look Nothing is too much trouble for him We went back to look at headboards ,.. and brought one !! I will recommend Dreams to my friends .. providing that they ask for Ash when they arrive at teh store !!!!
