The sales assistant Hemal was extremely helpful. He listened to what our requirements were and helped us find what we were looking for within our budget without rushing us. We felt very comfortable and not pushed at all.

Having visited this store five years ago we vowed never to return as the service was atrocious and this put us off. We cancelled our order before my wife and I left the store. Today we returned somewhat dubious about the reception we would get this time but were hoping we would get better service, and it was superb to say the least. Katie was delightful and very helpful and knowledgeable. We were also offered tea or coffee on our arrival by her colleague, which was very much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we must have spent a good hour in the showroom. Having a rough idea of what we wanted she gave us a good understanding of what was available for our needs without any hard sell or clock watching. From now on I will wholeheartedly recommend Dreams in Slough and send friends and family over there as I know they will get a warm welcome and excellent service. We will be needing another bed very soon and Katie will definitely be our first port of call. Credit where credit is due. Many thanks.

Immediately attended to on entering the store. Store layout explained as it was our first visit. Led to the products we were looking for and their qualities well explained. Our particular specifications were promptly investigated and costed. Alternative quotes were costed and presented. The assistant, Ash, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. In view of the value, quality, delivery period and especially the attention given by Ash we decided to place an order straight away rather than obtain competitive quotations - which had been our intention. We were kindly offered coffee but declined.

I did not spend a overly large amount of time due to the help of the staff there i was glad with the choice i was lead to and happy with my purchase.
