Entering the slough store we were met by a lovely member of staff called Katie she was very friendly and welcoming she listened to our inquiry and immediately set about finding what we were looking for we felt that we were imporant and she couldn't have been more helpful we purchased a mattress and she escorted us to the door offering any future help we might need very impressI've customer service

We went to shop very late. There was only one salesman, Ash. There were few customers too. But he was very friendly and keep updating the other customers and apologising too. He was very good in his sales by explaining the other customers how quick they can be seen while he was serving us. The way he talk to customers is very good , very polite and even though he was busy there was a smile on his face. Till I leave the store, none of the customers left ,even though they can see he was the only one to serve them and may have to wait for a while. Ash was very professional and I didn't see he was rushing to get rid of us to serve the others. He explained everything and I have no hesitation to go back or to introduce to my friends. Well done Dreams! Ash is no doubt is an asset to your prestigious company . well done! Keep up the good work.

Shop assistant Ash was absolutely fabulous he had all the qualities as a highly qualified shop assistant must have he ticked all the boxes.i think dreams has a really rare gem. At observing he managed to deal with three paying customers at one time due to him being alone at that time. Over all great experience thank you Ash 👍

As I entered the store with my mother I was approached by ash with a warm smile and asked if can offer any services and I was looking for a mattress for my mother whom has a bad back and ash explained the differences between the each mattress from soft/hard/light to spring/ memory foam etc. We were then shown the tempur mattress which we got to test and loved it and also what was brilliant we were told about free delivery and 0% interest free and remove of old mattress etc...the service ash gave was fantastic!...my budget was only £500 however I spent over 1k... But ash sold me! Im happy with my purchase thank you.

Having had great service from your store in cippenham Slough last year I return this year to purchase another bed.
