Your staff member Ash was very helpful and went out of his way to help my sister who is disabled . Brilliant customer service.

Staff member was very friendly had good knowledge of products and was very helpful. He was very professional and had a good sense of humour.He was a good salesman and explained everything to us in a manner that we could understand

My purchase was dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently by Katie of the Slough branch on Bath Road. She was very friendly and upbeat.

As I had already looked on line I had a good idea of which products I was interested in. The assistant was attentive and provided appropriate information. The order and payment process was straightforward and I was able to arrange delivery for my preferred delivery date and time.

I went into the store thinking of buying a mattress but have had no previous experience of purchasing a mattress. Ash helped me to find something that suited my needs and did not feel the need to do a hard sale which really made me felt at ease. To add to this he had a very positive approach to his customers which was refreshing to see. He also understood the type of mattress I was looking for so made sure he suited my needs perfectly. He welcomed me into the store offered me a beverage and helped me to understand the terms and conditions of the company. He was very well mannered and I was highly satisfied with the service he delivered. Also went the extra mile of finding me pillows and gave me a guarantee on the mattress again explaining what service I can expect. To then go that extra mile he helped me secure the items into the car and shook my hand and explained if there was anything further he could do to help please do contact the store and ask for himself for any assistants. Overall as I say I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I would definitely recommend him to any friends or family looking for beds/matresses etc.

Good efficient service , offered a coffee while we choose 3 mattresses.

Met at door, asked what we were looking for and passed on to a friendly salesperson who then helped us for the entires of our visit. Salesperson was Ash.

Staff were very approachable and knowledgable. They weren't too pushy and gave us plenty of time to look around for what we wanted whilst ensuring that we had the information we needed about the projects. They took the time to ensure that we understood all the terms of our order.
