Dreams - Slough

From the moment I entered the store I was well looked after. I was asked some brief questions about my needs and then given some helpful advice on the available products. I never felt pressurized at anytime and the whole experience was surprisingly relaxing, quick and easy.

The assistant Katie was very helpfull and knowledgable. All staff were very friendly. Selection of mattresses very good.

Morris was a legend.

We were served by a gentleman called Ash in the Slough store. He approached us as soon as we entered the store, he was very welcoming and helpful, advised us on the products we were looking for and spent time assisting us without making us feel rushed. He offered tea and coffee, a very all round pleasant person. He even took the time to show me his aftershave bottle as I asked him what it was that he was wearing at the time. Very happy with the service offered.

Sales assistant, Morris, in Slough shop was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff were very helpful and knew the products, you did not feel pressured into to buying abed unless it's what you wanted.

The lady that helped me was very polite and gave me plenty of time and testing out mattress as I needed. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She listened to what I needed and didn't rush me at all when deciding what mattress and also when sorting out payment. Would definitely recommend dreams and how helpful clean and knowledgeable the staff are. Katie was the lady who helped me.

Onley person in shop but personal service was very helpfull allso took time to give me a drink u dont get that kined of service in all the shops u r likely to shop in. I have used dreems before onley thing would be products are exspensive. !?
