The reason is because I have shopped at Dreams several times and on each occasion I have had an enjoyable experience.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by an assistant who was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. The range of choice in the store was plentiful and we were able to sample the different mattresses around the store until we found one which suited our needs perfectly. We chose a complete bed frame,ottoman, mattress and headboard. Ali at the Slough branch was our assistant that day and we could not praise him enough for his product knowledge and caring attitude, we found him to be most helpful indeed. We definitely use Dreams services again. We await delivery of our bed which will be delivered in perfect time as arraNged with Ali Customer focused and great service

Morris was a gentleman from the first moment, welcoming us to the store, offering us beverages, giving us time to look ourselves and offering assistance when he saw we needed it. The products we wanted were available and Morris made the entire process simple and easy - he was a standout and I’d recommend anyone going to Dreams to just go to him!
