Dreams - Slough

On arrival was greeted by salesperson Peter and he asked what product I was after and informing my requirements and price range he took me over to show me exactly what was required and went through different product merits and advised me of what would be best in product I was after. As I had budget in mind I had choice of three products I could choose from. He left me to decide before he approached me to let him know of my choice. The was no pushy sales to buy above my need/ price which I liked. As that would made me walk away. Highly satisfied and would use the same store again. Well done to Peter

An excellently service with such a nice team in the Slough store. They put the needs of the customer first.

I was greeted on entering the store. Was asked for my specification and was listened to. Good explanation given of products that matched my requirements. Able to deliver in a timescale and on a day that suited me.

Morris a sales person was very helpful in demonstrating the product also he was well experience in his work

Jonny was very helpful and provided great advice. All staff seemed friendly and funny. I felt at ease and not pressured with sales pitches unlike the competitor we visited earlier in the day. It was busy but lots of choice in the store - it would have been nice to have proper foot mats on the beds so I didn't feel bad testing the mattresses in my shoes. Some of the pricing options could be clearer so you know exactly how much the bed is and/or mattress together and separately. Overall a great experience.

Found what we wanted and purchased.

I knew what I wanted and Peter was quick to gauge that and serve me efficiently and professionally.

When we entered we were greeted by a lovely worker Katie. She asked us what we were after and let us have our time to talk amongst ourselves to see what we wanted. She knew the layout of the store like the back of her hand and she did not have the typical sales personality. She spoke to us and treated us like people and not potential commission. She is very bubbly and we have never made a purchase for a mattress that quickly before !

Great help finding the right product that best suited my wife. The young man in the store was very helpful and understanding and more than happy to spend the time getting us the right mattress. The only small downside was not being given the mattress bag for the removal of the old mattress at the time of purchase and having to go back to the store.

Very calm store environment. Greeted by sales assistant, Katie as soon as I walk in the store and she was very helpful and friendly, yet also professional. A very easy experience!
