The customer sales representative was very friendly and looked after my young daughter as well as giving me advice on the best bed to purchase. He did not pressure me at all but still gave me the information that I needed.

Great service from ASH. Katie was my original server and was pleasant but Ash was very knowledgable and helpful. He was funny and made us feel at ease straightaway. He was confident as well and belived in what he was selling. Great asset.

The service was delivered by Morris, exceptional and beyond high levels of customer service. I worked for Virgin Atlantic for over 10 years and thought no company can beat there service. You should be proud to have such employees. I also saw another customer service agent who also was very good. I've always bought my beds etc from Dreams, just couldn't go wrong. Good to know the service has been maintained for years. A very happy customer.
